Glorious Devon and the Southwest

With its iconic palm trees, continental-style harbour and golden beaches, Torquay is the perfect base for a classic seaside getaway in the heart of the English Riviera.
From here, everything is very easy and well-paced. The itinerary includes a scenic cream tea cruise along the River Exe, a beautiful drive through the dramatic landscapes of Dartmoor National Park, and time in the charming riverside town of Dartmouth, where colourful houses cascade down to the water.There’s also the opportunity to enjoy the traditional seaside towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth, making this a really well-rounded and enjoyable Devon experience without any long or tiring days.

The Trecarn Hotel is located in a peaceful area, just a short level stroll from the stunning Babbacombe Downs in Torquay. The hotel has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and offers a bar, lounge and restaurant, with comfortable en-suite bedrooms including TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Meals are served buffet-style.
Hotel Rating
Hotels with a JG2 rating are a mixture of larger hotels and privately owned properties. Décor and furnishings may be simple but are clean and well maintained. All bedrooms are en-suite and services,while not luxury, are efficient and well suited to groups.

Based on a minimum group size of 30 passengers:

£65.00 single supplement
Total single price: £444.00 per person
A deposit of £100.00 per person is required before June 20th 2026
the Itinerary is open to suggestions - The Eden Project or Exmouth

To secure this holiday for next May we are required to pay a deposit for all rooms
