The Keep Fit "Move it or Lose it" group. It helps to keep you out of the Doctor’s surgery and this course is particularly suitable for our age group (and those with dodgy knees, hips, & shoulders all respected).
KEEP FIT NEWS Routines are designed for us all to be able to take part. New members welcome.
